Large cardboard box with 24 pounds of Marijuana

In New Castle, Delaware a black male was stop by police for drug trafficking, after the delivery was made. Frank Brandon 23, was charged with trafficking Marijuana, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and maintaining a vehicle for drug sale. After being tip that a package was going to be deliver to the house officers had the house under surveillance. The large cardboard box was filled with 24 pounds of Marijuana. the was a total of three men involved but only one was charged and the others released. Brandon, is being held for a bail of 50,000 dollars. I believed that there was no tip. This was a bust.

Supreme Court back after three Month Break

Justice Sonia Sotomayor

Supreme Courts returns after their three month summer recess with new Justice Sonia Sotomayor. She is the first Latina Supreme Justice. The court has new issues to began looking over; Gun rights, religious symbols on public land, whether juvenile criminals deserve life sentences and International child abductions. Their are other cases that are still on the plate of out Supreme Justice court such as dog fighting and the Miranda rights. Even thought Judge Sotomayor is new she is received with open arms stated in Bill Mears report. I believe that it is past time to make the court more diverse. I also believe that with Judge Sotomayor background she can bring a strong and unique new voice.
